Profile Jo has demonstrated the value of building empowering beliefs through her own competitive career. Jo works with individuals, sports teams and corporate companies; consulting on empowering individuals who want to achieve their dreams as well as delivering peak performance from teams. Jo competes at international and national squash tournaments, including the British Open, and is an England International and an SRA Qualified Squash Coach. Jo plays for Richmond Town, the reigning national 035 champions, is a Middlesex County First Team player. She won the Szeged International Masters in Hungary in August 2005. Jo's corporate career included working at European Senior Management level for Peregrine Systems, Computer Science Corporation and Harrods Jo is working on Phd research for Brunel University, on the Move-It project, testing the psychological and physical well being of 1,500 children in the London Borough of Brent.
